A landmark 17 storey apartment scheme in the centre of Sutton has been granted full planning approval after extensive discussions with the local authority.

The scheme consists of 132 apartments in the form of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for both Affordable Housing and private sale, in a highly sustainable location. Underground parking, gym and children’s indoor play areas have been included in the scheme, which has been designed in accordance with the current Lifetime Homes Standards and Secure by Design guidelines.

The building is formed of three different height elements, which are all linked by a central core. It is set on a sloping site and has been designed to create a welcoming street frontage with access points at two different levels.

​

The chosen materials are a buff brick with Alucobond cladding in three different colours ranging from grey to a copper patina, with grey windows and glass balustrading to the balconies. The project was completed in 2017.
