An existing 3 storey office building has been transformed into a 5 storey apartment building. The existing 1st and 2nd floor offices were stripped back to the bare concrete building frame, and a further two new floors have been added to the top to create 67 new one and two bedroom apartments. The rather drab 1970’s exterior has been transformed by the use of Alucobond cladding in a striking striped pattern and the addition of recessed balconies.
